I would sympathize with Palestinians if I did not see them celebrating the murder of Jewish children.

These students choose to ignore the events of October 7 and the hamas call to destroy Israel. As for hamas they have about $500 million dollars none of which go to the people of Gaza, they are also, hoarding supplies and fuel that the people need. But that goes against the “victimhood” game they cynically play. Anyway Jewish students are also being harassed and intimidated. Web Link Finally these groups have been making their anti Israel demands for years!!!

These protesters support Hamas. They have no interest in any compromise with Israel for peace. This week the Hamas political director promised many more massacres of Jews.
It is very important to recognize Gazans’ suffering. But they are also victims of Hamas.
Students are free to demonstrate, but their message damages sympathy for Palestinians.

It's important to distinguish between the diverse motivations of protesters. Not all protesters supporting a ceasefire in Gaza can be labeled as supporters of Hamas. Many of them are deeply concerned about the humanitarian crisis and the loss of innocent lives, especially among children. The staggering death toll, including numerous young children, highlights the urgency of the situation. These protesters advocate for a ceasefire to protect the lives of Gazan and Israeli civilians and to break the cycle of violence that has claimed so many innocent lives.

Their message is a plea for empathy, urging our government to use its position to advocate for a lasting peace and prioritize the protection of vulnerable civilians. The focus should be on finding a solution that ensures the safety and well-being of all people involved, rather than generalizing the intentions of all protesters based on the actions of a few.
