First-time homebuyers may be eligible for financial assistance through the Housing Affordability Fund, which recently reached the $2-million mark in grant money to help California residents from underserved communities purchase a home.

Even after the NAR lawsuit, these people are trying to trick people into overspending?

$10K is nothing useful given the cost of buying here
