The librarian has a bona fide disability and is at risk from COVID. By law, the library must accommodate her if it doesn't create an undue hardship. Since we assume she performed her job remotely for years, there's no reason she can't continue to do so.

How does a librarian work remotely?

If so every delivery person, cook, construction worker can do the same lawsuit!

Sorry but such is lifeā€¦ find another job!
