State budget has funds for CSA in Mountain View, Black history museum in East Palo Alto

After grappling with a $30.7-billion deficit, California lawmakers approved this week a budget that adds funding for child care, transit and climate change. It also includes $10 million for various local projects on the Peninsula.

I was unaware that the CSA provides homeless assistance for those who reside in Los Altos Hills.
