Here we go again. The district makes massive administrative moves once school is out and the community isn’t paying attention to the moves. They don’t have the time to voice their concerns and consistent leadership at their schools.
Where’s the transparency here? Why so many moves? What are you trying to hide?

I think the Administration (backed by the elected Board majority) wishes to mostly move around the administrators it currently has. This is usually not a 'who is the Most Popular' decision of either parents or teachers.

I really wish the Board would FOCUS on academic performance. Have these administrators Proven their effectiveness? (academic achievement -particularly Gigantic GAPS). It is very disappointing to:
1) have one of the largest Administrator cohorts - compared to students - of any district in Santa Clara County.
2) have a "Recreation Manager" promoted to be in charge of a large part of the Expanded Learning Opportunities program. Ah, any direct and successful Math and High Need student curriculum experience? This is where the MVWSD is particularly disgraceful in its educational "equity" or "equality" metrics.

100% of these administrators are women? Are no men in the mix?
