Mountain View lifts most water conservation measures, rescinding drought emergency in place since last year

The Mountain View City Council on Tuesday lifted restrictive water conservation measures in effect for nearly a year.

There was no drought. We simply let our government export our water via alfalfa for beef and almonds/rice to China. The water shortage would end in a minute if we ceased to continue those industries that are not native to California. Who thinks we should be Growing rice in California?!?!?
