Heavy winds leave thousands without power on the Peninsula, with outages affecting Mountain View

Blustery winds took out power for thousands of residents along the Peninsula Tuesday afternoon, including multiple areas of Mountain View, according to PG&E.

We live near McKelvey Park, and it took about 4 hours for PG&E to restore power. I was expecting it later than that considering their track record.
