Attorney general appeals to state Supreme Court after overturn of three jail guards' murder convictions

The state's top prosecutor filed a petition with the state Supreme Court asking the justices to hear a case involving an Appeal Court that overturned the murder convictions of three former officers for beating an inmate to death.

That judge wasted the time of all those jurors. It appears that our community has a difficult time holding people accountable for brutality.
