Voice publisher announces retirement after four decades at the helm

Mountain View Voice Publisher Bill Johnson will retire later this year, he announced to his employees last week. Johnson will be succeeded by Palo Alto native Adam Dawes, who enters the role after two decades in tech.

Thank you, Bill Johnson, for honorably following and reporting on local news. So many local outlets have left the scene, leaving us to depend on large newspapers who don't pay much attention to the news that is important to people in smaller communities. Good luck to your successor!
