You know what's puzzling about this? Sunnyvale has a sewage treatment plant at 1444 Borregas. This new pipeline runs past that area about 40% of the way down. The pipeline would be much shorter if the treated sewage water came from Sunnyvale. What's up with that? The water district is very corrupt. They are trying to sneak in a term limit extension for the board members. They have been called The Golden Spigot for the way they waste public money. Is this just more of that?
