Okay, so? Sure, raising one's voice and cursing during a public hearing isn't professional, so ha ha, another hypocrite politician. But it wasn't at all comparable to the reckless conduct described by the bill, and I'd probably have done worse in the same situation, so I can't bring myself to care.

Not the best behavior from our Assembly Member but it feels like a distraction from Berman's poor handling of a harrasment allegation within his own office; retaliation againsts the victim, counseling/continued employement for the perpetrator.
