Great news! We desperately need affordable housing for low-income people. But I wonder why it is a loan from Google, rather than a grant. Who is going to pay it back.

I'm pleased by this news and hope the rezoning proceeds quickly. The shape of the site will call for some creative architectural work. It will be interesting to see what the design looks like.
