This seems a wonderful in-fill project for our city center. This government land (community owned) always seemed to me over the last DECADES as a very poor use of community resources (surface parking lot, mainly dirt).

Thank you unanimous City Council, and now Board of Supervisors.

Providing options for folks who are less fortunate than many in this valley is a good thing. Everyone should have the opportunity to live with dignity in a home in which they feel comfortable and safe.

This is wonderful news. Truly affordable housing for those who are most in need of it, with funding coming from government.

The math has me curious though. 20+20+40+39=119 units out of 120 will go to those earning up to 80% of AMI. Awesome! Where is the last unit going to go?
