Perhaps now the new city attorney can explain why the city has been discriminating against lawful businesses simply because city staff does it like the products they sell. After numerous attempts to get an explanation about the arbitrary exclusion of numerous lawful business from the city covid relief grant process, the city attorney’s office has been either unable or unwilling to provide justification for their egregious discriminatory policies.
