Mountain View's minimum wage climbs to $17.10 as cost of living soars

The city of Mountain View has ratcheted up its minimum wage to $17.10 this year, keeping the city ahead of the curve in a regionwide push to increase wages for low-income workers.

Reporters Forestieri (city) and Morgan (education):
Do the two local public school districts (MVWSD K-8, MVLA High School dist.) have comparable/compatible Minimum Wage policies on their books? I believe both might be excluded from coverage from this City law and this new rate.

Is this true? What is their hourly rates on their lowest paid workers?
