'Destructive activities' prompt Mountain View Whisman to add security cameras to school campuses

The Mountain View Whisman School District plans to install security cameras on its campuses next summer in hopes of preventing vandalism and thefts. It's set to hold meetings to get community input.

Where's the command center? How much is the budget for the people monitoring the system? Sounds like it could be more than the cost of one teacher, maybe as much as the cost of 10 teachers.
