really sad. I am sure there was enough training given to these 3 people. It is a serious mistake if these 3 didn't realize that the hot temperatures on that day meant more care for the animals was needed during the long drive. Why wasn't entire vehicle air conditioned or why didn't they use a vehicle with fully airconditioned is even more puzzling and shocking.

I have zero tolerance for people who are clueless and irresponsible when it comes to the care and needs of animals. Palo Alto should end its contract with the Pets In Need, who clearly don't vet their help carefully. Incidentally, none of those women should have kids. NONE of them.
