El Camino Health announces plans for a 52-bed acute rehab hospital in Sunnyvale

Patients discharged from El Camino Hospital with serious impairments and rehabilitation needs will soon have a new place to go, with a plan in the works for a 52-bed hospital for inpatient rehab.

Hopefully, this will hasten the demise of the dreadful, dated Grant Cuesta Rehabilitation Center on Grant Road.

^ That facility is not 1/2 as bad as the skilled nursing facility situated a block away from El Camino Hospital.
