Binary choice (on first question) NO.
Too bad not a choice of ~ Let the elected Lieutenant Governor assume office
(just like happens when the President of the US is 'not in office' anymore.)

YES on the recall. And pick anyone other than Newsom. CA needs to not be a single party state.

Dan, Hello, the people in CA have voted in the democrats, that's called democracy. Maybe if the more people found other parties' ideas acceptable CA wouldn't be a one party state. If you don't like Newsom, you will have a chance to vote him out in November 2022. Undoing a legitimate democratic election because you don't like the results is not Democracy, it's tyranny.
