And yet CA tie with NY as the least business friendly states (Web Link CA continues to head in the wrong direction politically and the loss of population indicates that people finally recognize this.

I'm glad the legislature proposes to Re_INVEST in Public Health and tie that policy want with hundreds-of-millions of budget dollars. The national (Trump DHHS/NIH) Divesting in public health and pandemic planning research and on-the-ground makes these state investments important. Thanks legislative budget leaders - in making this multi-year effort.
[I will be voting to remove the Gov. from office / even though I will probably not be voting to replace him with Cox. Newsom seems 'short sighted' and His budget reflects that. ]
