Trustee Blakey of MVWSD. Public Policy of the past Boards and Administration (Superintendent Barry Groves) of the MVLA High School District delivered very early in their last facilities bonds on 'the promise' of solar electric equipment. Hence - that public direction 'seemed to be taken seriously' by the students. Now - Los Altos SD is also taking that type of facilities investment 'seriously' (where the BOND MONEY is actually spent).

MVWSD Board majority policy did not support solar electric facilities. So, none were built in the last 10 years in MVWSD. Small wonder. But now - it looks like MVWSD is in-the-planning-stage. And maybe - students in MVWSD will start to get 'inspired by the example of their elders'.
