Santa Clara County launches program to help victims who are strangled in domestic violence attacks

Some of the most violent and lethal attacks in domestic violence cases often go unnoticed and unreported, putting the health of victims at risk and allowing assailants to avoid prosecution.

Good this is being done. Seems like good governance - building on other experience and Pilot testing before full implementation.
Part of what County Counsel Williams (and Gov. Brown and Legislature) $90 million per year DEFEAT OF CITY ReDevelopment Authority tax diversions from our County has allowed to be funded.
