Because they have discovered the ALWAYS WIDE OPEN trash dumpsters behind 99 Ranch Market.
It now has the feel of a mini landfill, with swarming gulls a constant. The gulls loudly circle overhead all day, fight to get into the dumpsters, fight over whatever is in there then fly out with the trash streaming behind them, spreading litter all over the general area.
Does anyone know who within the city to contact? I'm not sure if this is a code violation or not but it has become quite a nuisance for the neighborhoods around it. Hopefully I'm not being a big Karen about this, but it's a real pain, and I haven't even brought up the poop situation.
