Just reminding the author of this article that mental issues are medical in nature; the police are accurately describing the situation as "medical".

I drove north over 101 on San Antonio Road earlier today (03/02/2021) around 2PM. 101 southbound traffic was backed up/stopped. 101 northbound traffic appeared okay with light traffic. The article stated that northbound 101 traffic was stopped????
