Teachers, front-line workers eligible for COVID-19 vaccine in Santa Clara County starting Feb. 28

Educators, food service workers and emergency personnel in Santa Clara County will all be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine on Feb. 28, county health officials announced Wednesday.

Interesting. Newsom continues to pander to unions, this time the CTA so they get to the front of the line. Hopefully teachers will get back to work. In the meantime, private schools have had the student's best interests for months and have been teaching in person.

It's time for student funding to be with the student rather than the public school district.

"The Mountain View-Los Altos High School District, meanwhile, is preparing to return to in-person learning." I'm not sure I'd call a weekly study hall in which students don headphones and Zoom into their individual classes while supervised by a substitute "in-person learning," but okay.
