People ages 16-64 with developmental disabilities, high-risk conditions eligible for COVID-19 vaccines next month

Starting March 15, anyone ages 16-64 with a developmental disability, cancer or other conditions that would put them at risk of death and complications from COVID-19 will be eligible for the vaccine, state health officials said Friday.

What happens to Phase 1B (Teachers, food workers...) ? When will Santa Clara County allow this group to be vaccinated -other counties like Alameda have-?
