I guess more 'post-elections' This is very well written and even as a Politico I found it very informative. I'd say - the best public news article I've ever read about Presidential Executive Orders!
So #45 sent out about twice as many EOs per year as #44 (D), #43 (R) and #42 (D). But I wonder what #45's failure in court rate compares? (EOs thrown out by a Federal Court as exceeding the President's Constitutional or Statute-allowed discretion.)
