Local health care providers reeling from huge spike in demand for vaccine

Health care providers in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties are reeling from a massive spike in requests for COVID-19 vaccines last week, after state and county officials greatly expanded eligibility for the vaccine.

It blows my mind! How can anyone blame the outgoing president for the mismanagement of our elected officials IN CALIFORNIA to provide covid 19 vaccines? It's the job of the state's not the Feds! Doesn't anyone take responsibility any longer? You deserve what you vote for. This State is a burocratic nightmare.

The federal stockpile doesn't hold the 2nd doses--they are at the manufacturers. See Web Link

Too much worry about not having supply too little emphasis on using the supply we have. That's why southern California seems to be getting a bigger supply, since they don't mince plans like that.
