Eighteen stores in the Stanford Shopping Center were fined for violating Santa Clara County COVID-19 health orders over the Black Friday weekend. Costco Wholesale in Mountain View was another retailer fined for violating health orders

A shakedown without producing any results. Everybody knows to wear a mask and keep their distance. It doesn't have to be posted on 8 different pieces of paper on the door.

Another clickbait headline from the Voice. Read the story- the violations were paperwork violations- not the stores full of people without masks.
With the onerous regulations that Mrs Cody has put into place, is it a surprise that not every store keeps up. Yes, ignorance is no excuse. But stil.... I can see Cody's petty troopers going around looking for a missing letter or an undotted "i".
