It seems many in the press (and the Biden Transition Team?) are unclear in the multi-modal form of distribution that Operation Warp Speed military logistics experts have worked out.
-VA and Federal Agencies are ONE
-Gov. Health Care Agencies (and some large health care providers/hospitials) are Another
-The Medicare System providing drug/vaccine coverage to patients (+care providers?) through CVS and Walgreen are Another

SO- that's why we can have multiple "firsts" in Santa Clara County! (two articles in this electronic edition of The Voice).

Ah - the hardest-to-handle vaccine can easily survive hours and hours in a regular freezer and be defrosted with no more trouble than a frozen ice cube. Seems like (from packing labels) it then needs to be diluted with pre-positioned supplies before loading for "shots".

If TRUMP only had had a "face mask supply chain" neuron in his brain!
