Here's what the state recommends for reopening colleges and universities

Sounds like a good time for every university student to take a "gap year" and skip college. I'm sure it would be much cheaper for them to travel abroad or work at a local business.

This is a global problem for all students. I advise students not to despair and continue living their lives. I recently read an article about mental illness Web Link and it seems to me that we call it autumn depress. Diseases are treated and the educational system is restored. This is a normal practice.
