Albuquerque man pleads guilty to sexual assault in 2004 Mountain View case

A man accused of breaking into a motel room and sexually assaulting a woman in Mountain View pleaded guilty Tuesday, prosecutors said. He faces 25 years to life in prison.

The article does not indicate what became of (or will become of) the rape case in New Mexico. Will the perpetrator face charges there, as well?
