More Turmoil in MVWSD

Original post made by More Turmoil in MVWSD, Rex Manor, on Jul 20, 2020

The agenda for this week's Board meeting has been published. Looking at the personnel report, there is more turmoil in MVWSD. Ms. Ghysels is resigning. Ms. Vikjord is now interim chief human relations officer and Ms. Dagar has been plucked from Theuerkauf School to fill that position so now the district is looking for a third principal during these trying times for school districts. Rudolph rewarding his favorites again. What is going on in MVWSD??? There have been way too many staffing changes for there not to be something wrong at the top leadership. Time to wake up Board members!

Rudolph's game and scam doesn't work unless he can recruit the right people to go along with it. Not one. Not one of his picks have shown commitment to their jobs or the district or the children. The truly committed and competent administrators have all been run out of town. Just trace is all back to Ghysels the First. Since that scoundrel, the district office has become a gold mine for unscrupulous administrators looking for large payouts and a stepping stone to their next job. Ghysels II is now superintendent up at Truckee Tahoe School district just down the street from Team Ghysels' custom home and mountain retreat all paid for by the good citizens of Mountain View. In return now some 16 years later we still have poor-performing schools and another more Ghysels hacks running the district. I'll just say it again as I always to. Nothing will change until we...

Recall the Board and fire the superintendent.
