Santa Clara County is looking to ramp up its COVID-19 contact-tracing program, which needs about 1,000 members by July 27.

You originally had to commit to 40 hours/week for 6 months. Now it's 24 hours/week for 3 months but they still can't get enough people for this unpaid volunteer position. I wonder why.
