Truly saddened by the tragedy. Gary was basically a 'cool' chap who was always kind to everyone. May he rest in peace. Love, prayers, and deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Please note that the market is on Sunday's at the Mountain View Downtown Caltrain parking lot on Evelyn and not on Saturday's as stated by the reporter :)

The Mountain View Farmers Market was honored to host Gary Marchi’s ranch. We were all super lucky to have access to nutritious meat raised on grass from start to finish with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Thank you Gary for working so hard to share great meat with all of us! Rest In Peace cattleman!

Really quite thankful for the care that Gary showed in his trade and how he served the community. He indeed would work late with work on the ranch or trips to the meat packer. Many of the services we require to deliver farm raised sustainable goods has been moved further away from the farm.
Rest in peace Gary you will be missed!

My husband and I just heard this news after asking those at the market why we hadn’t seen Gary there the past couple of weeks that we had gone. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Gary. Just like the article said, he always asked us how things were going, and was so personal and caring. We remember stories he would tell us of how he would care for his cattle through the night. Now the meat that sits in our freezer from Gary has a different meaning than before. We are heartbroken for his family and friends. Rest in paradise, Gary! We love you!
