Really disgusting that he is using babysitting websites to find his victims. Do those websites have any background checks at all?

No background check will ever predict a first offense unles they ask they question, "Do you see yourself molesting children in the near future" and he honestly answers Yes.

I hope he never sees the light of day but will probably get released from jail like the rapist that just got released from jail earlier in the week due to Covid 19 . The justice system has failed the public.

Being held "without bail" is not the new "$0" bail for persons charged with lesser offenses. But the people who qualify for $0 bail is too broad. And a Court of Appeal just determined that trial courts could set bail for persons arrested for those lesser offenses appropriately. So judges should be working on those criminal cases. Civil cases can wait. As to background checks, start there but never hand a child to a male babysitter unsupervised. Never.

I reported this guy in late 2017 to Mountain View Police department with credible evidence multiple times! Mountain View Police Department ignored this multiple times! I repeatedly sent them new accounts this guy was setting up on care.com and they failed to follow up

No bail is not zero bail you are so correct stop electing city council members that dont put the citizens first . Even when the police get credible information they do nothing with it and children get scared for life not what I call justice .

I see online at the "case portal information" for the courts in just Santa Clara County that a "Victor Joshua Miller" has a misdemeanor case filed 4-29-20 (Case No. B2001337), and a felony case filed 4-24-2020 (Case No. B2001283)- both set for further hearing on July 20, 2020 in Dept. 88 (Palo Alto. Plus, a man by that name, had a felony case filed 4/19/2017 (Case No. F1764313) that went to a "mental health treatment court" and was dismissed (evidently on 3-7-2019) - CURED I GUESS- plus a misdemeanor case filed 6-28-2016 (Case No. C1641075). The charges are not shown online. I also see a criminal case online in SAN MATEO COUNTY filed 10-4-2017 - PC 148.5 making false police report (Case No. 17-NM-012241-A). Have not tried to check other counties.

Police searched his home...WHERE DID HE LIVE? This would seem to be an obvious piece of information that should be made available. Is he a long time resident, how long has he lived in Mountain View? I would like to know if this predator lives nearby. How long has he lived in Mtn View? Where is he from? This is a matter of public safety, his privacy is a non-issue. He gave that up when he decided to become a child molester.

He is on multiple nanny sites...some say 6 years experience so has been doing this for awhile...
