Michigan man scams Bay Area residents of hundreds of dollars for purported N95 masks

Federal prosecutors announced Tuesday that a Michigan man has been charged for allegedly selling non-existent N95 masks for protection from COVID-19 to three Bay Area residents, including one in Palo Alto.

Why is there no mention about what platform was used for this person to sell. Was it craigslist, eBay, etc?
