Hi "Try Harder", it's awesome that you have so many ideas to help the crisis. Please do share how you have been contributing to stop this crisis! Their order of 1000 masks have already been shipped to the Bay Area. And to be honest, the issue is that there aren't enough masks circulating in America alone, so we do need to get masks from nations like China that have already been able to control the pandemic. If you do have any extra masks though, you should donate them to any hospital near you because hospitals are in so much need. If we cannot stop the outbreak in hospitals than the elderly are more likely to contract the virus which would be terrible, especially since the majority of the patients with extreme COVID-19 are the elderly and those with preexisting conditions.
