Police investigating suspicious Mountain View death after injured woman found in the road

Mountain View police are investigating a suspicious death last month in which an elderly woman was found lying in the road who later died in the hospital.

That story is not really that helpful. Really can't blame the press too much on this one. But with all the other news this is just a story that will be forgotten. How about a photo of the bag or something that might get the public to remember something.

This might be a homeless person. And she may have been at the Senior Center down the street on Escuela. If she had no ID, do they have a head shot to show the Senior Center staff or the Community Services Agency Staff? She may have been a client with them in some capacity.

It does seem "suspicious." Where was the body taken? Did a doctor make any
preliminary finding as to the cause of death? Have they checked for the coronavirus?

Useless! How on earth could the public be of any assistance when no photos or unique identifiers, let alone a name, have been released.

"Have you seen a white woman in her 70s?" ......are you serious?
