I read online that schools are already closed schools in 13 countries. Schools should prepare to teach online. That would not only protect students from risks at schools but would also reduce the cost of maintaining, rebuilding and operating schools. Teachers could teach from their homes. Students whose parents must go to work could go to the houses of classmates with a parent at home. Some administrators will be needed short-term. But many will be free to seek real jobs as online schooling is normalized.
