Funny, there are photos of Anne Oliva being presented an award by Samcar's Gina Zari and Realtor of the Year Tom Thompson on January 10, the same day she got the same giant checks from California Association of Realtors.

I wonder if anyone from California Association of Realtors was there?

And look, here's California Association of Realtor's President Jeanne Radsick at the same January 10, 2020 party with Anne Oliva and Tom Thompson and Gina Zari.
Now Oliva and Radsick are in the same room on the same day checks are being written, but she had no idea.

She should not be referred to as a realtor. She recently had her license pulled

"Realtors" are just club members. The CA Dept of Real Estate has two main licenses: brokers and salespersons aka agents who are required to work under brokers. Oliva lost her broker license in 2018 but she was allowed to be a salesperson and had someone with her same last name (maybe her son) become a broker in the office. As to why she was stripped of her broker license, look up the report of the CA DRE website. As to Oliva's support by real estate commission-seekers, why would anyone else support her?
