If Buttigieg wins, will he revoke Rush Limbaugh's Medal of Freedom?

I like how he speaks to the issues, not just poking the other side with childish petty insults.
It's refreshing.

It's probably Sanders supporters. If you think the problem is just "the other side" you're kidding yourself.

Similarly to what I Like Pete said, he also is not a finger pointer. Seems all anyone is capable of doing is pointing blame. You see it here as well.

Why don't we have a story about all the vandalism of Trump signs? They barely stay up for two days before they're removed!

Loved Pete's responses on CNN Nevada Town Hall (Feb 18) to r questions, on Bloomberg, Limbagh's homophobic insults, Religion and more. If you are undecided or feel he is not the real deal, take 11 minutes to hear his responses; composed, prepared, inclusive and no arm waving or yelling, like many of his opponents.

Hi, why are you publishing lies? Pete lost Iowa by 6000 votes and doesn't support Medicare for all. He also wants to bring back the draft and takes money from billionaires including the Epstein set. Maybe these are more important details for his lack of appeal rather than his frankly boring gayness

@Frank I have seen 2 Trump signs in the area and both have been there for weeks. I also seen 1 Tulsi sign along 85, and only 1 Bloomberg on sign 237 ramp (guess he ran out of money).

@Working class voter - What 'lies' are you referring to?
- Buttigieg has never supported Medicare for All, that's Bernie, remember?
- In the new results, released by the Iowa Democratic Party, Buttigieg has 563.207 state delegate equivalents and Sanders has 563.127 state delegate equivalents out of 2,152 counted.
Please catch up.

3 of the 4 last paragraphs of this article veer very closely to making this an opinion piece.
Please stick only to the facts (such as "Campaign signs were removed" and "no perpetrators have been caught", not why someone believes someone to be the best candidate for president)

I agree with @frank. Back in 2016 I don't recall any news stories of Trump signs being removed or vandalized.

@Jake O.
We can't write about sign vandalism incidents that we don't know about. I did a quick search and didn't see any tips during the 2016 campaign season suggesting that Trump signs were being damaged or removed. Not saying it didn't happen, but it wasn't on our radar.
A Bernie supporter did get his car smashed, though! Web Link

@Sylvan Park, every time I put out a Trump 2020 sign in my front yard it gets stolen. Some dork even had the gall to replace it with a Bernie sign!

To Kevin Forestieri: So the Voice didn't cover the 2016 Trump-sign theft in the downtown MV area? Sign had been placed by a longtime local resident. I thought the case was publicized (the Post may have done so).
The episode was heavily discussed in local e-media at the time (including Nextdoor, I believe). Another local resident wrote rather nobly "I won't be voting for your candidate, but I'll chip in to replace your sign." When video surfaced, a couple of adolescent children were found responsible. Not a very big deal in the end.

Buttigieg campaigned on Medicare for all until he redefined his plan as "Medicare for All Who Want It" and adding a $7000 annual tax for uninsured Americans. Also, which matters more? 6000 votes or 0.1 State delegates, which are a purely internal metric subject to change?
Once again I feel the need to mention Pete wants to BRING BACK THE DRAFT and is HAPPY TO ACCEPT MONEY FROM SEX TRAFFICKING BILLIONAIRES

OMG, too funny!
Reading above, Frank's Trump sign got replaced with a Bernie sign, and 4 nights ago my Bernie sign got replaced by a Trump sign! Truth! Haha.
Frank, if this happens again I'm 100% up for a trade back. I'm also in Cuesta Park. Let me know the street.
*We may have to speak with the youngsters on the block :)

> and takes money from billionaires including the Epstein set.
That sounds like a winner, actually.
We gave them a TRILLION dollar tax cut, which ballooned the Trump deficit to over a trillion dollars a year. Time to fight the deficit by repealing tax breaks for billionaires and corporations.

I’d be happy to provide my video to The Voice of the adolescents that attempted to vandalize my Trump 2016 sign. I provided that video the principal of Graham Middle School and she was able to identify the youths involved. These kids and their parents were
called in for a conference to discuss the first amendment and the potential repercussions of such malicious behavior. Some time later a customer of mine approached me and admitted his son was one of the perpetrators and thanked me for creating the opportunity for his child to have a learning experience that should have a long term effect.
I was also part of the effort to identify the suspect in tjhe Inks vandalism events. I captured numerous images on numerous occasions of him vandalizing Inks signs at Shoreline and Church, but it was the video from Church and Calderon that ultimately proved beyond a doubt that it was Lopez that committed the crime. He committed vandalism dozens of times, but ultimately there was only one instance that proved it beyond a reasonable doubt.

So are you saying Joe Lopez is attacking Pete signs? Signs without guards are vulnerable. Maybe set up some cameras. If you see Joe Lopez, report it here.

I swear I saw Job Lopez at it again, but then again "I see dead people". I'm pretty sure Lenny and his hooligans are behind the destruction.

Liz's abilities on stage last night obliterate any need for signs, Pete. You're in my top three though.
Favorite comment: "Elizabeth Warren is channeling an inner fury that only comes from grading papers that have no thesis statement."

Sign people are too funny. I guess the idea is one of a two choices:
- Look at who _I'M_ voting for...in your face!
- Don't think for yourself, vote for who I say you should vote for
If you have a sign in your yard, you are a sign person. Just own it and keep doing "You"
Next week...bumper stickers

@SIGNS - Campaign signs are a way of raising awareness about a candidate and about an upcoming election, displaying a yard sign lets people know who you support and it might influence them as there are many undecided voters. In addition these signs are expensive, paid for by supporters not the campaign.
I applaud anyone who supports a candidate rather than posting snarky comments like yours.

Job Lopez clearly made a bad decision (and paid for it) but that man did a lot of good for his community, he passed away in January. Insulting comments about a deceased person wreaks of 45's running commentary about John McCain including “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.”, and continued even after this death. Despicable, bad behavior has become normalized by the 'leader' of the free world.

Pete looks good, Liz looks great.
Trump is so ticked that his staff notified Congress about ongoing Russian attacks. What a tool, a real coward.

Trump appointed,
"Richard Grenell now highest-ranking openly gay official in US government history" EVER!!!
So much for the alleged Trump bashing gays.

So you want a "higher-ranking openly gay official in US government" than Granel? Sounds like Pete's just the man for you!
Want pages of anti-LGBTQ actions that the Trump administration has taken? Use any search engine.
Here's a couple months:
- Vice President Mike Pence attended a church service whose pastor used false, derogatory statements to describe the LGBTQ community. (Pence doesn't so anything w/o Trump's approval, including his part in the Ukrainian extortion for their campaign)
- A directive by the Trump Administration across multiple government agencies was issued to strengthen access to federal dollars for religious-based organizations -- even if the organization is anti-LGBTQ or has an anti-LGBTQ record.
- A report in the HuffPost revealed the Trump Administration's erasure of pro-LGBTQ policies on Inauguration Day extended beyond government websites and throughout the entire federal government, including the Department of Interior.
- The Trump Administration appoints notorious anti-LGBTQ activist Tim Wildmon to the White House's Faith Advisory Council.
- In two straight years, the Trump Administration announced its plans to tighten regulations for food stamp access under the government's SNAP program, affecting about 755,000 Americans -- including the LGBTQ community.
- For a third consecutive year, President Trump omits any mention of the LGBTQ community during his presidential proclamation recognizing December 1st as World AIDS Day.
- The Trump Administration announced they are allowing taxpayer-funded adoption agencies to use "religious beliefs" as an excuse to deny placement of children into homes of LGBTQ couples -- simply for being LGBTQ.
