Caltrain suspending weekend service into SF through March to do electrification work

Caltrain will temporarily suspend service into the heart of San Francisco on weekends through the end of March to accommodate construction work required to electrify the rail corridor by 2022.

Really lame they are not offering free transfers from Caltrain to BART at the Millbrae station instead of this much slower bus shuttle. BART has plenty of empty seats on weekends.

I agree with you. Although in fairness, BART is noisy and unpleasant, especially through the areas from Milbrae to Embarcadero Station.
