I'm assuming the two 2019-20 Title One elementary schools in MV (maybe even one middle school), may be on the list of qualifying schools. There was an unexpectedly large drop in students applying for Free and Reduced Student Meals under the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT for one elementary. This may be entirely due to immigrant/prospective citizenship restrictions recently imposed, by FEDERAL REGULATION.

This county funded program, my be a perfectly legal way to walk-around the FEDERAL BRICK WALL, that The Donald is trying to build around school lunch rooms. Good job, at compassionate Public Policy, by our County Superintendent Joe. The GOOD JOE, to counter The Donald!

SN is a former life-time-registered-Republican, who found the honorable US Senator Romney's lone vote, insufficient to retain my 'party registration-loyalty'.
