Community activist Job Lopez, co-founder of Mountain View Day Worker Center, dies at 75

Job Lopez, a vocal social justice advocate who co-founded the Mountain View Day Worker Center, died Jan. 3 from complications related to a stroke. He was 75.

What a loss to the community, especially the local Latino community. Job was always nice and friendly and always there to help. His vision helped create the Day Workers Center which has helped so many. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace brother. Prayers and condolences to all those he helped and to his family
