This seems like a pretty pointless exercise of a DA looking for some notoriety.
If consumers were unhappy with the purchase price, they could have chosen to shop elsewhere.

I've called the Santa Clara County Weights and Measures 866-SCANNER (722-6637) when I was overcharged and didn't want to take the time to report it to the store. The County's on it and called me back with an update! **Like**
