California sues Juul over misleading advertising, sales to youth

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Los Angeles County officials sued Juul Labs Inc., alleging that the Bay Area-based e-cigarette maker illegally sold its products to underage youth and failed to warn of health risks.

The key point is that vaping can help adults and children stop smoking tobacco. It could also lead to tobacco smoking - but that is not the corporate objective. Next, Juul will provide a cartridge for getting off heroin: Mint Cyanide.
