Check out the letter warning about the plan by the Foothill-De Anza College District politicians and administrators to place a parcel tax or another bond measure on the ballot soon. No wonder I just received a slick mailer from the District at public expense

Monday Nov. 25 at 6 p.m. at Foothill College the Foothill-De Anza College District will vote onto the March 3 ballot another huge bond measure (this one about $900 million) and maybe a parcel tax as well. Why? Because they can. The March election will yield a low voter turnout (compared to next November's Presidential runoff). Enough supporters can be identified and votes harvested in a low-turnout election to secure passage.
