"California continues to rise to the challenge of power shutoffs and natural disasters."

More like, California continues to reap the effects of bad government and polices and total lack of foresight while PG&E profits immensely by donating to the governor's campaign.

And despite the Silicon Valley belief that a website and App can solve any problem, many will go with out power and in danger or wild fires.
