Judge dismisses Stanford lawsuit over affordable-housing law

Stanford University’s claims against a Santa Clara County inclusionary-housing ordinance that applies to new housing developments on university land were largely dismissed by a federal district court judge on Thursday.

Of course everyone knows that IZ policy's tax new development making it more expensive for everyone else, besides those that win the lottery and gain access to subsidized housing. .
